MUSICAL BIO | JEFF BROWN

Born in Jacksonville, Fla in November 1977. Moved to Maryland at age 2, grew up in Hollywood, MD. Started playing guitar at age 12, started playing seriously at age 15. Was given a 4-track at age 16 and began writing and recording music. Moved to Blacksburg, VA at age 17 and formed Funky Penetration. Released 2 acoustic solo albums (Lyric, and High Tech) while attending Virginia Tech, and playing with Funky P. Recorded a studio album (Really Tricky) in May 1997 with Funky P., days before leaving Blacksburg. Moved back to Maryland and began writing and recording Secret Plans tracks. Played in a Who cover band during the summer of 2000, it was the reformation of the Who cover band from high school. Got together with the boys of Diojee in August 2001. Released Secret Plans in March 2002.
